"This work came partly from a conviction I have . . . that the recollecction of people or places is nothing like what is shown in the cinema, single images in sequence.
Recollection is being once again in the internal emotional situation, acting and reacting. My preoccupation currently is with the mobile nature of recollection, with the selection of a time space rather than a particular image."
