Father, husband, musician, record producer, and Kirtan artist. Josh began his journey with the guitar a quarter century ago. His relationship with music has found him embracing, composing, and performing in an unusually wide variety of musical styles. Classically trained, he earned his bachelors degree in music education from Ithaca College.
Performing live music in yoga classes has lead Josh to creating solo guitar compositions that ebb and flow with the breath. By practicing yoga to live music with Josh, you are invited into a deeper level of relaxation and spiritual connection as you flow through an asana sequence.

Quita Davis has been practicing Transcendental Meditation for 44 years and was certified as a teacher of the TM technique in 1975. In 1978 she completed the TM-Sidhi program, which trains you to think and act from the source of thought and pure consciousness, a silent and powerful level of the mind.
Quita has spent the last 34 years exploring holistic healing modalities after her son was diagnosed with a rare eye condition for which there was no treatment. She has been trained in Reiki, the Metamorphic Technique (a simple yet profound approach to growth, transformation and personal development) and has completed the intermediate level of Light Language (combining physics, sacred geometry, and light, for healing and manifestation.) She was certified as a Matrix Energetics practitioner in 2008.
Quita began speaking in Light Language during a three month advanced meditation course in 1977. Light Language is spoken from the space of the heart and is a beautiful form of sound healing using voice and mudras. People feel the vibration of love, healing and otherworldly intelligence pouring forth into this reality. She offers private and group Light Language sessions.
